AI & automation disclaimer

AI outputs may contain errors. Submissions may fail or be inaccurate. You’re responsible for final review, and we don’t guarantee interviews, offers, or outcomes.

Account & integrations

If you connect third-party accounts (e.g., LinkedIn), you authorize us to act on your behalf and accept risks due to third-party platform limitations.

Payments & credits (if applicable)

  • Payments are one-time unless stated otherwise
  • Credits are deducted only on successful actions
  • Refunds apply only to unused credits within the refund window

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes
  • Submit false or misleading applications
  • Reverse-engineer or exploit the system
  • Bypass security or automation safeguards

Intellectual property

All platform content, AI models, and software belong to Ease My Apply. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service.

Limitation of liability

  • Job application failures
  • Missed opportunities
  • Incorrect AI outputs
  • Financial or career losses

Use the Service at your own risk.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud or misuse, or legal compliance.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
